Terms: We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard

Returns: All returns require prior authorization. Restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns. Solano, Luxor, Elchim, Turbo Power, Wahl, TS-2 will be repaired subject to manufactures warranties. To receive credit for non-defective items it must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Checks returned by Bank: We will asses a $30 fee on all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.

Claims: Claims for shortages and other discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of order.

Backorders: Backorders will automatically be shipped if back ordered items are equaling $50.00 or more. Everything $50.00 and under will be automatically cancelled.

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order.

**We will ship to Canada for $19.95 shipping cost. However I am not in control if there are duty fees, there is always a chance you will have to pay duty fees when ordering outside your country, you as the customer/receiver are responsible for any fees.
